How long do I have to make a return?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge.

 

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

We offer free return shipping using our prepaid shipping labels on all continental U.S. orders that are postmarked within 15 days of the arrival date. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, if you decide not to use our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

We are unable to issue return shipping labels outside of the 50 U.S. States at this time. All international returns are responsible for return shipping.

Please return items in original condition (unopened). Any opened boxes will not be accepted.

 

How do I get refunded if I paid with Hyleys Rewards?

Purchases made with Hyleys Rewards will be refunded as points for valid for a future purchase.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time you mailed your order for the return to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

Please drop off your return package with the Return Shipping Label affixed to your nearest USPS drop location.

 

International Return Policy

Returns are accepted on merchandise that is shipped back within 15 days of its delivery date. In the case of a return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars, and your credit card company will exchange the currency.

 

Hyleys is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes or duties. For specific information regarding custom policies and fees, please contact us.

 

At this time, Hyleys cannot provide return shipping labels for any orders outside of U.S. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
