One of the best ways to be motivated is to record your progress. You might not notice it daily but your hard work will bring great results. You might be surprised.

 

Here are several ways to help you record your progress:

 

  1. Before & After Photos

Pictures speak stronger than words! Take a picture of yourself when you start your journey with Hyleys and take pictures to document your progress.

The best way to do it is in front of the mirror, if taken from a cell phone, try taking it vertical to get the best shot. If you can use the same clothes or an outfit that makes you feel your best and enjoying your results.

  1. Small changes bring great results!
  • Drink at least 64oz of water daily
  • Exercise regularly – 30 minutes of cardio is a great way to start!
  • Clean your pantry. Remove all the snacks & products that make you fail.
  • Plan your meals ahead
  • Prepare for the unexpected (eating out, gatherings, etc)
  • Remember it takes 30 days to create or change a habit. We know you can do it!!!
  • Fell off the wagon? Don’t dwell on it and get back on track! Keep your goal in mind!

          Tips for a video testimonial.

  1. Make a script about your testimonial
  2. Find good lighting
  3. Rehearse a few times
  4. Take video on landscape mode. If you can, use High Definition.
