Then,the Journal of Cancer Research and Clinical Oncology conducted a research review where they found that drinking 5 cups of green tea per day may help you to prevent repeating colorectal cancer.

Judging by the National Cancer Institute, in the last few years have been conducted more than 50 studies which compared green and black tea drinkers and non-tea consumers. Although the results from these studies have been incomplete, laboratory evidence linked teas to reduce the change of different types of cancers including: ovarian, lung, prostate, breast and colon cancers.

So, should I drink green tea to improve my health?

Yes, you should! Although it’s not officially concluded that tea can fight cancer, this beverage is totally worth drinking. Its high concentration of antioxidants can have plenty other significant health-related effects on your body.

Just remember, although tea’s cancer fighting effects may exist, you shouldn’t drink it with the purpose of preventing cancer. Think of it as an easy, delightful and natural way to improve your health and protect your body from nasty diseases.
